The Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders (ADEL) Program 2025 offers an excellent prospect for young experts from across the Atlantic Basin and Africa to partake in an entirely financed leadership development program in Rabat, Morocco. Hosted by the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS), ADEL is above a leadership scheme; it is a worldwide forum that prepares changemakers with tools, connections, and skills to reform the future via creativity and collaboration.
Since 2012, ADEL has prepared more than 40 rising leaders yearly via comprehensive internships, followed by direct participation in the prestigious Atlantic Dialogues Conference, which promotes communication with world decision-makers. The 2025 edition will be held from 7 to 13 December 2025.
