AIT Master and Ph.D. Scholarships in Thailand for International Students 2024: The Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) Master and Ph.D. Scholarships are open to international students for application. Candidates wishing to study in Thailand can apply for this generous academic scholarship.
AIT’s Schools of Environment, Resources, and Development (SERD), Management (SOM), and Engineering and Technology (SET) all provide a large number of no-bond AIT Scholarships for postgraduate programs.
The AIT Scholarships aimed to increase the number of skilled international scientists, engineers, and managers at Asia’s leading international university. These professionals should be prepared to address the future challenges and issues of the emerging Asian Economic Community region and beyond.
Each school has its own Selection Committee. The committee proposes the value of the AIT Scholarship grant for each applicant for approval by the school dean. This grant can only be used once before enrolling. It must remain the same during the study.

Benefits of the AIT Master and Ph.D. Scholarships
AIT Scholarships are a type of financial assistance that allows eligible students worldwide to study together at AIT. It subsidizes a portion of students’ study costs by covering a part of tuition fees for qualified students.
Students are responsible for the remaining tuition fees, registration fees of 20,000 Baht per semester, and living expenses of approximately 11,500-15,000 Baht per month.
AIT Eligibility Criteria
The following are some requirements for the AIT Scholarships 2024:
- Applicants can be from any nation
- Meet AIT’s English Proficiency Requirement (IELTS-Academic or AIT EET score of 5.0 or higher for a Master’s and 5.5 for a D. program)
- Provide a four‐year Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- D. Applicants must have a master’s degree from a recognized university and a CGPA of 3.50 in a master’s degree program and 2.75 in a bachelor’s program from a top university.

- Two two recommendation letters (Ph.D. applicants only)
- English Proficiency Proof (IELTS-Academic or AIT EET)

How to apply for the AIT Scholarships?
Interested and qualified applicants must submit their documents via the online application form. Applicants are not required to apply for the scholarships separately. Once they have applied online, the university will automatically consider their applications for all open application deadline scholarships.
