QUALIFICATION CONDITIONS FOR CANDIDATES
To be qualified for the scholarship, a candidate is required to:
- Be a foreign student (not an Australian national, New Zealand national, or permanent resident of Australia).
- Satisfy all admission conditions for the selected postgraduate program by the closing date of the scholarship request.
- Start full-time studies on campus in Sydney. On-Campus studies comprise face-to-face and online (remote) learning relevant to all programs, except for online and distance mode programs.
- Completed a bachelor’s program comparable to an Australian bachelor’s program no longer than 36 months before starting at the University of Technology Sydney, and depending on this certification, I have been accepted to UTS.
- Have a total average of 90%, where the merit mark is 50% or equivalent, in a University of Technology Sydney-identified Bachelor’s certification.
- All candidates are required to make an application using the UTS online Scholarships Application form to be qualified.
Must Not Be:
- Studying a University of Technology Sydney online program or a distance mode program
- A government-supported student
- A recipient of another UTS scholarship for the period of this grant.

SELECTION PROCEDURE FOR SCHOLARSHIP APPLICANTS
The Scholarship will be granted to the highest-rated candidates based on educational excellence in the educational certification utilized as a ground for acceptance into the assigned UTS postgraduate coursework degree, together with the candidate’s response to questions requested in the UTS online scholarship application.
APPLICATION DEADLINE
Students interested in applying for the UTS Vice-Chancellor’s International Postgraduate Coursework Scholarship must submit their request by 14th April, 2025.
